If you register as a client, and use Briigo Digital website (briigo.com) or any of its products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Briigo’s relationship with you in relation to this website and any of our services/products.
These terms act as a contract between you and Briigo.
If you do not agree to these “Terms”, please DO NOT visit or make use of our website, products or services.
Communications
When you visit briigo.com, use our products/services or send us a message via email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. All forms of communication with you shall be mainly be via email.
We may also communicate with you via other mediums like phone calls, SMS messages, chat messages etc. and in-person as occasion demands.
You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Delivery of Products and Services
The delivery of products and services are dependent on the nature of such product or service. Generally, our solutions are delivered electronically (i.e. mainly using email). However, for products or services that may not be delivered via email, we use email to communicate the delivery terms and conditions with clients.
Prices, Payments and Refunds
Prices
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Unless otherwise stated, the prices for the services are those set out on our website, interpreted as the amounts exclusive of value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax and any similar sale or excise tax (‘Sales Tax’). Any Sales Tax payable in relation to any such amounts shall be added at the current rate, as applicable, and paid by the client.
Should there be a deviation from this pricing standard for a product or services, the applicable pricing standard will be provided alongside the product or service information details.
Payments
Briigo reserves the right to request that payment be made in advance of receiving products or services via the payment systems available on our website. However, if there’s a mutual Agreement with Briigo, payment shall be made prior to final delivery of the product(s) or service(s) in accordance with the mutual agreement.
Purchase prices and invoices may be based on information that you provide to us, including the details of any order you submit. You represent and warrant that such information is accurate, and you agree to pay to Briigo any additional charges arising from any inaccuracy in such information within eight (8) days of notification thereof.
Refund Policy
Briigo reserves the right to grant or deny refunds at its sole discretion. However, a refund will be issued upon request if:
- It happens that your Credit/Debit Card was used fraudulently by someone.
- There was any overpayment for a particular service.
Note: Proof will be required in either case.

Copyright
Clients retain copyright to any document submitted to Briigo, and Briigo does not claim any rights to such documents and will not use or disclose such documents for any reason other than providing our services.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or otherwise control all the rights to the documents that you submit to us.
- the document is accurate, and that use of the supplied document does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity, and
- you indemnify Briigo and/or its affiliates from all claims resulting from any document you supply.
Briigo has the right but not the obligation to monitor and refuse any activity or content. Briigo takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any document submitted by you or any third party.
Disclaimer of Waranty and Limitation of Liability
Briigo and its contractors attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that service or product descriptions, other content of this site or services rendered to its customers are accurate, reliable, complete, or devoid of errors. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to relevant law, Briigo shall not be liable for any loss or injury which may occur by virtue of agreement breach, or any implied warranty, any representation/duty imposed on Briigo by operation of law.
